Jerome is an ABA player who gets transported to the future to January 1, 2000. The day when the Y2K bug has brought the apocalypse upon the planet Earth. Jerome and his trusty bacon handled sword, Excalipork, travel the apocalyptic future searching for the last can of beer.

I wrote that synopsis along with 12 drawn pages and sent it to some indie comic company a couple years ago as a pitch. The president or whomever wrote back something along the lines of, “This is funny but sounds like you’re making it up as you go along… so we’re going to pass.”
